Accountant, Finance.Responsible for assisting in controlling and monitoring all internal financial expenses while ensuring that all transactions are accurately entered on our banking system and related cheques are issued.
Credit Officer, Corporate Banking.Analyzes credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money. Further more, analyzes financial data such as income growth, quality of management, and market share to determine expected profitability of loans.
Call Center Agent, Retail & Branches Network .Ensures that the provision of a highly reliable client service is maintained at all times, uses call center technologies and follows processes in accordance with call center standards to ensure contact handling accuracy and operational effectiveness.
Direct Sales Executive, Retail. 
SME’s Credit Analyst, SME’s Division .Responsible for attracting new clients in order to maximize the bank's profit to achieve the targeted budget and ensuring full utilization of the requested loans/facilities. This position also calls for handling all requested loans/facilities administrative tasks while maintaining high level of customer satisfaction.
Customer Care Officer in Hurghada Branch, Red sea Region.This position is responsible for maintaining a high level of service to the base of retail customers in order to meet business objectives and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels of service, in addition to the growth of long-term business relationships with target retail customers. This position also calls for applying all controls to ensure operational smoothness & it is in Hurghada - Red Sea
CHARGEBACK / FRAUD OFFICER.This position is responsible for fraud detection and handling credit cards disputes in collaboration with internal & external parties
Compliance / Anti Money Laundry Officer.The position is responsible for preparing branches report, investment report, income statement and balance sheet to be presented to top management.
